The Roteiro de Simetrias is based in the Algarve, which is one of the finest regions of Portugal, offering a mild climate and excellent life conditions for its inhabitants. The company’s headquarters has been installed at Olhão, a city of picturesque beauty.
WHAT DO WE DO
RS every day’s purpose is to rehabilitate and reconstruct all over the Algarve. The quality in the execution of our work has been guaranteed for more than 25 years now. We carry out all we agree and our word of honor is our best brand image towards our clients. Our work is executed with heart and soul, as we intend to provide the best references possible.
WHAT DID WE DO
We’ve accomplished over hundreds of rehabilitations such as of buildings, churches and apartments, we construct and project new houses, as we continuously innovate construction, by applying new techniques and materials, respecting and perfecting all execution skills. Our acquired competencies are noticeable in every step we take from the project to the execution.

We aim for increasing quality in rehabilitation and construction. Precision and quality are two crucial vectors which sustain our evolution and which we ally to our greatest passion to do our very best. Ronaldo Silva, and his team undertook, recently, a major renovation of an antique house for us in Tavira. The work was performed to the highest standards, within the estimated cost, and finished on time. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole project was conducted in good humour, and in a friendly manner. Language communication was not a problem.

RS recently carried out remedial work to the penthouse roof of our apartment in Tavira, Algarve. This entailed complete removal of tiles, astroturf and the existing membrane, before replacement with a new sprayed-on polurea membrane that “tanked” the whole roof. Load tests were then carried out over several days to test the roof’s water-tightness, after which new tiles were laid on a bed of waterproof adhesive. The tiles were then grouted using waterproof grout. The workmanship was very professional throughout, and was carried out in a clean and tidy manner and without compromise. Due consideration was also given to the presence of neighbours in adjacent apartments throughout their attendance. RS are not the cheapest contractors, but they are certainly one of the best. I recommend them highly and without hesitation.

Ronaldo Silva and his company were recommended to us 2 years ago in the hope that they could solve the problem with our newly built swimming pool, which was losing 800L of water per week. Ronaldo identified the potential problem and brought in his team to expose and correct those problems. Since then, we have used Ronaldo and his company to sort out other problems that have emerged from the poor construction of our Vila and to finish the whole project.
